Vibe: Blue Mesa has perfected casual, sophisticated Southwestern fare. Mexican classics with a little Santa Fe spice make the food phenomenal and the atmosphere welcoming. And, it’s got its finger on the pulse of the community with Tacos for a Cause program. Each month the chef creates a different taco dinner, and portions of the proceeds from those dinners go to local charities.

Be sure to try: The blue corn cheese enchiladas with three chile red sauce and huevos rancheros are can’t-miss selections.

Good to know: This brunch is a steal at $16.95 for adults, including mimosa or non-alcoholic drink. Kids are just $6.95, and you can try for reservations, but they don’t hold tables.

Best times to go with kids: Brunch ends at 2pm, so plan your Sunday morning accordingly.
