Participants join certified instructor Edward Paramo once a month for instruction on alignment and relaxation of the body. The group learns strategic strength-training moves that promote injury-free exercising. Enthusiasts then return home, where their new knowledge “changes running from a fitness sport to a holistic practice similar to yoga or Pilates,” Paramo says.
